Turmeric
This herb has been passed down from generations of the Asian culture and have benefits in relieving depression, arthritis, and skin conditions. Many people also have used turmeric to treat eye infections, fever, fungus, and inflammation. The most benefit comes from the roots of the turmeric plant. It host the most active constituent, curcumin, which is what is responsible for many of the healing properties. Other constituents of turmeric include minerals, fatty acids, and polysaccharides.
Lemon
This fruit is used for the common cold and flu, kidney stones, inflammation, and constipation. It is made up of natural sugars, oligosaccharides, and polysaccharides. The beneficial effects derive from that bioflavonoids in the lemon, which have antioxidant effects.
Ginger
We have all heard of the many wonderful benefits of this plant. One of the main ingredients in ginger is gingerol, which helps in relieving nausea, irritable bowel, the common cold, stomach ache, inflammation, migraines and cough.
Pineapple

Ingredients
Turmeric Root
Lemon
Ginger Root
Honey (optional)
Pineapple (optional)
Process
1. Peel the skin off of the ginger and the turmeric
2. Cut the ginger and turmeric into small pieces
3. Mash up the turmeric and ginger together, until juices can be seen evacuating
4. Place ginger and turmeric into boiling water, boil for 1.5 minutes then reduce heat
5. After reducing heat, cover pot with a lid and let teal simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Strain tea from pot and add pineapple juice (optional)
7.Pour liquid into cup add honey (optional)
