Chocolate Banana Smoothie Pops

Here is a fun recipe that is full of nutritional value! Get a head start on summer and learn how to create these tasty smoothie pops!


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 1 tbsp Maca Powder

  • 4-8 oz Organic Vanilla Hemp Milk

  • 1 Whole Ripe Banana

  • Ice Cube Tray

  • Blender

  • Plant Based Protein Powder (optional)

  • Bee Pollen Granules (optional)


 DIY Choco-Banana Pops

  1. Blend Cacao Powder, Hemp Milk, 1/2 Banana, and optional ingredients until mixture is smooth  (note: mixtures are separate)

  2. Blend Maca Powder, remaining Hemp Milk, 1/2 Banana until mixture is smooth

  3. Pour appropriate amount of each mixture into each ice cube slot

  4. Cover ice cube tray with parchment paper (if desired you can cut Popsicle sticks in half, poke a hole through the parchment paper and slide sticks through or you can just enjoy as cubes)

  5. Place tray in freezer for 3-4 hours until they are nice and hard.

  6. Carefully separate cubes from tray and Enjoy!
