Oatmeal-Banana-Nut Cookies

Bananas are easily one of the most versatile fruit, making it ideal for a number of different dishes. With its rich nutrients and easy preparation, bananas have been used for many different ailments that affect multiple systems of the body. We decided to explore this possibility by creating a simple oatmeal banana nut cookies recipe.
fun fact: The banana is considered an herb in addition to being a fruit.
Ingredients
2 Bananas
Vegan Peanut Butter
Oatmeal
Hemp Milk
Hemp seeds
Coconut Granola
Step By Step
Step 1: I gathered all necessary ingredients stated above , sliced bananas, and set the oven for a preheat to 350.
Step 2: Oatmeal was the first item placed into food processor, along with hemp milk and hemp seeds. I pulsed this mixture on low for 10 seconds, until the consistency was nice and smooth.
Step 3: After that I added 2 sliced bananas and pulsed the mixture for ten seconds until it was nice and smooth.
Step 4: Last but not least, I added the creamy peanut butter and pulse the mixture for about 10 seconds.
Step 5: Next the mixture was poured into a baking sheet in small equal proportions .
Step 6: Baking sheet was then placed in oven for 20 minutes.
Step 7: Cookies were then separated from baking sheet and allowed to cool for 5 minutes.
After the above steps are completed the next step is to ENJOY.
Banana Health Benefits
Although not many people realize it, the health benefits of a banana go far beyond the satisfaction of the daily fruit intake recommendation. Studies have shown that bananas may relieve symptoms associated with fever, cough, bronchitis, allergies, and infections.
The indigenous people explored the many uses of the banana, utilizing the peels, pseudostem, corm, flowers, leaves, sap and roots of the banana and banana plant. Traditional uses of the different parts of this plant may have been actively involved with building immunity, providing antioxidants, reducing cancer risk and improving antibacterial behaviors.
