1/3 cup Coconut Milk
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tiny pumpkin
Small Honeynut squash
1 Whole Banana
1 tbsp Lacuma
6 oz Apple juice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Vanilla bean
1. The process is easy just combine all of the above ingredients in a blender or food processor.
2. Place in refrigerator overnight to thicken and enjoy as an ice cream (optional)
3. Enjoy in bowl or mason jar and add a little more cinnamon to taste!
