The yoni steam is the practice of crouching or sitting over a steaming pot of clean water that is infused with medicinal herbs. This process uses the healing properties of natural herbs and electric heat to restore the homeostasis of womanly cycles and reproductive tissues. These herbs helps your body to naturally revive optimal health and allow closer connection and healing of the inner womb.

Directions for Use: Prepare hot water and pour at least half a liter into a small container. Use 3-4 tsp of herbs per half liter and let herbs infuse for at least 8-10 minutes (as you become more familiar with how these herbs affect you, you make increase the number of tsp by 1-2 tsp increments per half liter of water). Test temperature by briefly crouching over the steam [warning: be careful not to crouch over the steam while it is too hot to avoid burning your vaginal tissue]. Once it is determined that the steam is durable, find a comfortable position and crouch or sit over the steam with legs slightly spread for 10-15 minutes (as illustrated below), place towel over legs and meditate.
